Privacy Policy

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, such as a demo or consultation request, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, property type, location and message. Our forms are processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to us by email.

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, the following services collect information about your visit:

• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load. They record things like the page, the referring site, your general location, browser and device type. They don’t use cookies and aren’t used to identify you.
• Meta Pixel. We use Meta’s Pixel to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your IP address and browser details, and whether you submitted a form (not what you wrote in it). Meta uses this information under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and content delivery. Our site is hosted by Vercel, and our images and content are delivered by Sanity. Both process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Embedded 3D tours. Our tours are hosted by Matterport and Nira. A tour only loads when you choose to open it; the provider may then collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and schedule and deliver our services
• To understand how our site is used and improve it
• To measure and improve our advertising
• To protect against spam, fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law

How we share information

We share information only with:

• The service providers described above, who process it for us or under their own policies
• Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat advertising cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; you can opt out of them as described below.

Your choices

• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site still works without them.
• Advertising. You can change how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
• Follow-ups. If you don’t want us to contact you, tell us and we’ll stop.
• Access and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing judson@eliasimmersive.com. We’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and maintain our business records, and then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
